Every wedding is different, so we don’t price our work from a fixed menu. Your floral investment depends on the scale of your wedding, the venue, season, floral selections, installations, and how much of the overall design you want flowers to carry.

Our full-service wedding floral design begins at $4,000. Many of our couples invest approximately $7,000–$10,000, while larger celebrations with substantial installations and a more immersive floral design can reach $15,000–$25,000+.

If you’re not sure where your wedding falls, that’s completely okay. Once we understand your venue, vision, and priorities, we can help determine what makes the most sense for your budget.

For weddings during the busy Okanagan season, we recommend reaching out as soon as your venue and date are confirmed, ideally 9–12 months before your wedding. Popular summer and early fall dates can book well in advance, particularly for full-service weddings and larger installations.

Yes, full service is what we do. Your flowers don’t simply arrive at the venue in boxes. Our team provides delivery, professional installation, on-site transitions, and end-of-event floral removal.

If your ceremony flowers need to move to the reception, we’ll handle it. If arrangements need to be relocated during the day, we’re there. Our goal is for you, your planner, and your venue team to know that the flowers are taken care of.

We offer three general levels of floral investment to help you understand the scale of work that may be appropriate for your wedding, but every Valley Bloom wedding is custom designed.

We don’t believe your wedding should be reduced to a predetermined recipe of bouquets and centrepieces. Your venue, season, guest experience, colour palette, priorities, and overall event design all influence what we recommend. Think of our investment levels as a starting point, not a catalogue.

Absolutely, but we treat inspiration images as inspiration rather than a shopping list.

Flowers are seasonal and perishable, and availability can change right up until your wedding. Rather than promising a specific flower regardless of the conditions, we’ll look at what is available for your wedding date and find the best flowers to achieve the colour, shape, texture, movement, and overall feeling you’re after.
