Floral costs can vary depending on your guest count, wedding party size, ceremony design, reception flowers and overall floral selections.
To help give you a starting point, we’ve put together a few general budget ranges with examples of what might be included.
Our full-service wedding floral design begins at $4,000. Every wedding is custom designed, so these ranges are intended as a guide rather than set packages.
$4,000–$6,000
This range is best suited for weddings with a smaller guest count or couples looking to focus their floral budget on a few key areas.
This might include bridal party flowers, two statement ceremony arrangements, and simple reception centrepieces such as bud vases or smaller floral arrangements.
Additional floral details may be possible depending on the size of your wedding party, guest count and overall design.
$6,000–$9,000
This range might include personal flowers, larger ceremony arrangements on pillars or at the aisle entrance, and a combination of medium to full-sized reception centrepieces.
There may also be room for additional floral details, such as a medium-sized bar arrangement, cocktail table flowers or arrangements for the welcome sign.
The number of reception tables and scale of the ceremony arrangements will help determine what can be included.
$9,000-$15,000
This range might include a larger ceremony installation, multiple arrangements lining the aisle, and more substantial floral designs throughout the reception.
Reception tables could feature a combination of full centrepieces, bud vases and floral arrangements running the length of harvest tables.
Additional arrangements for the bar, seating chart, welcome display or other areas of the venue may also be included, along with more elaborate floral selections and design details.
$15,000+
This range is suited to weddings featuring large-scale floral installations and an abundance of flowers throughout the ceremony and reception.
Designs might include a fully floral ceremony arch or other custom installation, arrangements lining the entire aisle, suspended floral features and full floral tablescapes.
Additional statement arrangements throughout the venue, premium floral varieties and more elaborate custom designs can also be incorporated.
What Determines the Cost of Wedding Flowers?
The overall cost of your wedding flowers will depend on several factors, including the number and size of arrangements, floral varieties, seasonal availability and the complexity of any installations.
Guest count is another important consideration, particularly when it comes to reception flowers. A wedding with 50 guests will have different floral requirements than one with 150 guests, even when the overall design is similar.
